Fostering Entrepreneurship among Rural Youth & Farmers

I have been studying entrepreneurship among different cross sections of the society for many years. One of the major insights gained has been that one size does not fit all. The enterprise success or its failure has many and differing causes developing a generalised model of entrepreneurship almost impossible. In this presentation I would attempt to highlight those insights obtained through my work in Africa and Asia mainly with rural youth and small holder farmers.
